Best bed ever! Very comfortable linens, mattress and pillows! Towels were a bit old but very clean! The swimming pool is just good… kind of cold but a little warm, but not enough! So it is not comfortable being on the jacuzzi at all… and every 5/7 minutes, have to get out of the water to restart the engine… Saunas and spa were really good! Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties that we don’t see often in hotel in the UK. Fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, breads and all the hot british breakfast dishes. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping locations Would be back again to this same place

El hotel era absolutamente increíble. La habitación era muy limpia y el desayuno era excelente. La ubicación era muy buena. Estabamos muy satisfechos con todo. Una cosa que debemos destacar fue la cortesía de uno de los receptores del hotel. Nos trataron con alegría, lo que era decepcionante, teniendo en cuenta el estándar del hotel, pero todo era agradable. Supongo que no estaba directamente relacionado con el hotel, pero fue sólo ese personal específico que no cumplía realmente el estándar de un hotel IHG.

Cuando iba, se acercó al festival local de música. El precio del hotel subió. El servicio estaba ocupado con el vuelo.

Buena ubicación cerca de Newcastle. Buen bar ans restaurante en el sitio. La habitación era grande y limpia con buena ducha. El personal ofreció un comprobación rápida. Precio de los bares y precios de los alimentos que nos ofrecemos razonables

We just stayed over night before an early flight next morning.Rooms are quite tired could do with a refurb.Food is good and bar has cheap drinks till 7 pm ,unfortunately although the bed was comfy the pillows were like sleeping on a boulder,they had no others to offer us,would still stay for the convenience.

The second time at the Hotel, staff friendly, this time room wasn't ready on time. Also, fresh plastered walls in the bathroom. Coffee stains all up the bedroom. Cleaners weren't the quietest banging doors, and it wasn't early. This was noon when we had been out for.lovely walk around Newcastle.

Warm greeting from reception. We choose the king room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. TV did not work as signal kept vanishing. Room a little dated and the bathroom felt a little small.

Room size was great, bed was comfortable. Only issue was a red hot pipe going through the room which could not be switched off and the weather was very warm. Will stay again

Would definitely recommend this hotel. We come back to this hotel every time we are in Sunderland. Great to have shops like Tesco and B&M and McDonald’s walking distance. The hotel has free parking.
