La ubicación y las instalaciones son muy buenas. La habitación es perfecta para una familia y además nos permitieron hacer el check-in temprano. ¡Seguro que me volveré a alojar aquí la próxima vez!

Hotel Review – 27th Floor Stay at Tianjin Trade Centre
I recently stayed at a hotel on the 27th floor of the Tianjin Trade Centre, and it was a memorable experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic skyline of Tianjin that looked beautiful both day and night. Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials.
Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre.
If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor.

A decent hotel that works well for emergency or short stays, but there are a few things to keep in mind. If you have a car, parking is not free — you’ll need to pay 40 yuan if you stay until noon. Also, the elevator tends to get crowded around midday and can be slow. Overall, it’s suitable for a quick stay, but not ideal if you’re looking for full comfort.

Excellent stay and great value. Location was great with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We were greeted and given cards for the doors, and everything was super smooth and stress free. Would absolutely stay again!

Overall I give this Svc Apartment 4/5. Staff was forthcoming, helpful n friendly..Location wad excellent if one is talking about food n shopping. For some of the local places of interest like Haihe, Wudadao, Italian enclave is within 10 - 45mins from locality...otherwise the metro helps. Metro from Xiaobaolou stn (100m fm Apartment) with 2 transfer helps to bring one to Binhai Airport. Get the TJ metro map. Peeved for this place is getting TV to play is a "mini" frustrating orgy especially if one has to use 2 different remotes. I gave up after awhile. This whole bldg is under Capital Land n dont be surprise if you have owner neighbors, owners who turn their home into sohos etc etc. There is NO front office..U get a local phone no to call or we chat the Manager..now this is another peeved area..we only managed to estb comms on wechat after 2 days of trying b4 we arrived..can't imagine how to get into our rooms if we can't.
