The lady at the front table was great when we checked in as she upgraded our room to one with a bigger double bed at no extra charge.Amenities were great.Not near to MRT though had to take Didi to travel for the 3 days we stayed. Ambience in the Hotel was great and relaxing. Breakfast was good as well with good selection. Overall clean .

La suite familiar deluxe que hemos reservado fue una suite muy confortable con 2 camas reinas en una habitación separada. Queríamos ampliar nuestra estancia en Novotel, la dama de escritorio frontal fue muy útil y paciencia para guiarme a unirse como miembro para que pudiera ahorrar más. Gracias! El servicio es bueno. Vamos a quedarnos aquí si dejamos de hacerlo de nuevo por Tianjin.

The hotel is rather new and the design is good. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is huge. All electronics, lights, TV, curtains, A/C are voice controlled which is a problem if you don't speak Chinese. The reception staff was nice and helpful but clearly they don't have a lot of experience dealing with tourists (nor foreigners). The gym is a joke... the flimsy bench I would even call dangerous. Very good is that their are washing machines and dryers available. A recommendation: put a chair in the room. A guest needs a chair to sit for writing, eating, etc.

¡Es un hotel muy bueno y se reservaría de nuevo! La ubicación es perfecta - a 15 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Tianjin y a la derecha del centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son ligeramente pequeñas pero muy limpias, muy bien equipadas y cómodas.

Location is the best! With in walk distance to many attractions in the city, the staff is extremely friendly and check in was fast and organized. The rooms are so clean and modern, really loved my stay! The buffet choices are very delicious I recommend to include the breakfast it in your stay!

For some reason the staff at the front desk kept insisting our original tatami room we booked was very small so we got upgraded to a bigger room for free even though we said it was fine. The photos uploaded are not the tatami room! Everything was great, room was clean and spacious. We had a comfortable stay. Location was fantastic, 1min walk to Jinwan Square station and ＜10mins to Tianjin station. Many food options nearby.
